The Objective Of This Request For Information (Rfi) Is To Gather Market Intelligence And Identify Qualified Vendors Capable Of Delivering Regulatory Compliance Audit And Mystery Shopping Services. The Rfi Will Help Assess Vendor Availability, Qualifications And Skills, And The Ability To Carry Out Activities Such As Regulatory Compliance Audits For The Public Sector, Including But Not Limited To Record And File Examinations, Interviews, Site And Vehicle Inspections, Covert Site Visits, Observation Based Assessments, And Simulated Client Or Student Interactions. It Will Also Seek Information On Vendors’ Capacity To Document Findings Through Clear, Chronological Notes And Detailed Reports Suitable For Compliance And Enforcement Decision Making, As Well As Their Ability To Collect Supporting Evidence, Where Appropriate, Such As Photographs, Recordings, Call Logs, And Proof Of Transactions. In Addition, The Rfi Will Inform Understanding Of Fraud Detection And Program Integrity Assessment Capabilities, Service Capacity, Pricing And Key Cost Drivers, And Geographic Areas Served.
