The Proposal Is To Supply And Installsoil Stabilizer And Granular Seal Coat, Necessary Equipment And Manpower To Complete The Installation To A Depth Of 200Mm (8”). The Proposal Is Based On The Road Top At Approximately 10 M And The Work Would Include: Ripping The Road Surface Approximately 8” Supply And Install The Soil Stabilizer Into The 8” Subgrade Re-Lay And Compact Material To 100% Density Place Gravel (Supplied By Owner) Sample And Test For Moisture And Density To Be Completed By Contractor Supply And Install The Granular Seal Coat
