Special Studies And Analysis 3.1 Task 1 - Existing Facility Assessment The Consultant Shall Undertake A High-Level Assessment Of The Existing Compost Facility. The Assessment Shall Evaluate The Condition, Capacity, Operational Constraints, Remaining Useful Life, And Suitability Of Existing Facilities And Infrastructure To Support Future Organics Processing Needs.
