26-029 Brogan Fire Rescue Equipment Notice Of Intent To Contract . Vendors Are Advised The Regional District Of Nanaimo (Rdn) Intends To Direct Award A Contract To Brogan Fire & Safety For The Provision Of Fire Services-Related Technical Rescue Equipment For Coombs-Hilliers Volunteer Fire Department. Services Include, But Are Not Limited To: • Air Bags And Related Equipment (Paratech) • Vehicle Stabilization Struts And Related Equipment (Paratech) The Estimated Value Of The Agreement May Be Less Than $75,000 (Excluding Tax). The Rdn Wishes To Direct Award For The Following Reasons: • Multi-Vendor Market Assessment Completed • Operationally Superior Solution Identified • Standardized Equipment Across Regional Departments, Where Possible • No Suitable Standing Contracts Available Vendors Wishing To Challenge The Rdn’S Intention To Direct Award A Contract To Brogan Fire & Safety Must Submit Their Objection, In Writing, Via Email To The Following Person On, Or Before 3:00 P.M.
