The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Titled: “Pułtusk, Tenement House At Rynek 23, (1826-27), Replacement Of The Roof Covering With A Truss And Lightning Protection Installation” The Tenement House Is An Immovable Monument. Located On Plots No. 133, Precinct 0014 Of The City Of Pułtusk. The Task Includes Carrying Out Conservation, Restoration And Construction Works At The Historic Tenement House At Ul. Rynek 23, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under Number A-129. The Aim Of The Project Is To Secure And Preserve The Historic Substance Of The Facility And Restore Its Aesthetic And Functional Values. The Task Includes Replacing The Roof Covering Of The Tenement House, Drying The Basements Using A Non-Invasive Method And Installing A Lightning Protection System. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Replacement Of The Truss And Roof Covering, With The Reconstruction Of The Roof Truss Structure And The Implementation Of New Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, - Drying Of The Basement Walls Using A Non-Invasive Method - Construction Works Of The Attic Ceiling - Demolition Works Of The Truss, Wooden Attic Ceiling And Roofing With Flashings - Brickwork Of Chimneys Above The Roof - Sheet Metal Flashings - Gutters - Basement Drainage - Non-Invasive System - Capillary Moisture Rising Blockade, - Lightning Protection Installation. The Ordering Party Informs That Currently The First Floor Of The Building Is Used By The Department Crisis Management Of The City Hall, The City Guard And The Polish Teachers Association. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of Operation Of The Above Institutions During The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Detailed Offer Cost Estimate With The Offer In Accordance With The Guidelines For Bid/Replacement/Ass-Construction Cost Estimates - Guidelines Included In The Tender Procedure.
