Tenders Are Invited For Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Titled: Modernization Of The Kitchen Section In The Sports School Complex

The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Which Includes: Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Task Titled: Modernization Of The Kitchen Section In The Sports School Complex The Order Covers The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz, Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And A List Of Prices Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Rebuild Part Of The Ground Floor And Basement Of Segment B Of The Primary School Building At Ul. Marii Konopnicka 5 In Skierniewice. The Rebuilt Part Includes A Kitchen And Kitchen Facilities Along With Utility Rooms. The Reconstruction Will Consist In A New Arrangement Of The Kitchen Room, Changing The Functional Layout Of Some Of The Kitchen And Sanitary Facilities In Order To Increase Their Functionality. In The Entrance Area - Receipt Of Goods - On The North Side There Will Be Communication Stairs And A Scissor Goods Lift, Installation Of Goods Lifts Enabling Free Transport Of Goods Between The Two Levels Of The Ground Floor Ceiling. In The Rebuilt Part, The Electrical, Sanitary, Water, Sewage And Ventilation Installations Will Be Replaced With New Ones. The Rebuilt Part Will Be Adapted To Current Technical And Construction Regulations. Therefore, Internal And External Doors As Well As External Stairs Will Be Replaced. The Entrance Stairs (From The North And West) To Segment B With Landings Will Be Made Of Reinforced Concrete Slabs. The Upper Surface Will Be Finished With Frost-Resistant Stoneware Tiles With Increased Abrasion Class And An R11 Anti-Slip Surface. The Stairs And Landings Will Be Equipped With Powder-Coated Galvanized Steel Balustrades With Clear Tempered Glass Filling Between The Posts. The Stairs With A Landing Will Be Placed Directly On The Native Soil Using Reinforced Concrete Footings. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Operation Of The Office Of Technical Inspection. The Detailed Scope Of Work For This Task Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities, Price List And Design Documentation. When Pricing And Performing Works, Decisions, Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions Regarding The Developed Design Documentation Should Also Be Taken Into Account. Fulfillment Of The Conditions Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documents And The Costs Associated With Them Should Be Included In The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Submitting An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works And The Intention To Use It (If Required In Accordance With Applicable Law). Wherever The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documentation, Provided That They Have At Least The Same Or Better Techn
