The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation In The Scope Of The Subject Order, Necessary To Obtain The Appropriate Administrative Decision For The Implementation Of The Task - A Building Permit Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Permits. – Stage I; B) Performance Of All Construction Works, Land Development, Construction Of External Networks And Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Ventilation And Air Conditioning, And Sanitary Installations Necessary For The Functioning Of The Subject Of The Contract Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Together With Services That Are Not Construction Works, And All Necessary Preparatory Works (Organization, Fencing And Securing The Construction Site) Needed To Perform The Entrusted Order, Accompanying Works, In Accordance With With Detailed Guidelines Contained In The Fup, Annexes And Carrying Out All Activities Required By The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, Together With Preparing Comprehensive As-Built Documentation And Obtaining A Valid Occupancy Permit For The Ordering Party - Stage Ii.
