1. The Subject Of The Order Are Reconstruction Works Consisting Of Demolition, Replacement And Installation Of New Skate Park Equipment And Adaptation Of The Existing Area Located At Ul. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 35 In Gryfice, On Plot No. 248/1, District 0005 Gryfice. The Investment Is Being Implemented On The Premises Of An Existing Sports And Recreation Facility Owned By The District Office In Gryfice, Co-Financed Under Intervention I.13.1 Leader / Community-Led Local Development - Implementation Of The Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027. The Aid Was Granted To Gryfice County As Part Of The Recruitment No. 1/2025 (460350) Announced By The Gryflandia Local Action Group In The Field Of Improving Access To Small Public Infrastructure.2. The Subject Of The Investment Task Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Skate Park By Replacing Worn-Out Equipment Elements, Repairing And Securing The Existing Concrete Surface And Installing New Skate Park Equipment. The Investment Is Aimed At Improving The Safety Of Users And Raising The Technical Standard The Facility And Increasing The Attractiveness And Functionality Of The Recreational Space Intended For Children, Teenagers And People Actively Using The Sports Infrastructure. Due To Its Long-Term Use, The Facility Requires Reconstruction Works, Including Both The Repair Of The Existing Skate Park Surface And The Replacement Of Equipment Currently In Poor Technical Condition. The Task Is To Adapt The Facility To Modern Utility And Technical Standards And Ensure Safe Conditions For The Use Of The Sports And Recreation Infrastructure. 3.
