1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads On Ul. Mała And Ul. Strumykowa In The Town Of Ołobok2. Construction Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Above-Mentioned The Tasks Will Be Carried Out In The Town Of Ołobok, Plot No. 423 And 405/1, Owned By The Commune Of Skąpe.3. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Tasks The Contractor Undertakes To Perform, Among Others: The Following Construction Works: 1) Preparatory Works - Measuring, Removal Of Topsoil, Demolition Works 2) Earthworks - Channeling, Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, 3) Installation Of Sidewalk Edges, Curbs, Stops, 4) Foundation For The Road Surface, Exits, 5) Surfaces Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, 6) Finishing Works, 4. All Materials Used In The Investment By The Contractor Must Have Certificates And Be Approved For Use In Construction. All Elements Should Be Made In Accordance With The Design Documentation Referred To In Section 8 Below. 5. The Scope Entrusted To The Contractor Will Include All Work Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Held By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Section 8 Below, As Well As From The Point Of View Of The Goal To Be Achieved By The Ordering Party In The Form Of Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads At Ul. Mała And Ul. Strumykowa In Ołobok. 6. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Described In The Swz, Design Documentation, Technical Specification And Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 2 To The Contract.7. The Contractors Duties Will Include, Among Others: Execution Of The Indicated Elements Of The Works In The Documentation, As Well As Those Resulting From The Assessment Of Field Conditions, Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation, As Well As Compliance With The Provisions Of Decisions, Arrangements, Conditions, Approvals, Arrangements, Etc., Obtained By The Ordering Party In Order To Complete The Subject Of The Order. 8. Construction Works Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By Ideo Joanna Szarłowicz With Its Registered Office At Ul. Moniuszki 18A/39, 65-409 Zielona Góra And The Notification Of Construction Works To The District Office In Świebodzin Of June 3, 2026 And The Obtained Certificate Of No Objection Of June 9, 20269. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using Its Own Materials, Equipment And Devices, Which It Will Purchase And Deliver To The Construction Site At Its Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of All Materials, Equipment And Devices, The Delivery Of Which Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, Used To Implement The Subject Of The Contract Described Above, Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration Referred To In § 7 Of The Contract. 10. The Contractor Declares That He Has Read The Subject Of The Task And The Design Documentation, And Has Recognized The Scope Of Work Necessary To Be Performed As Part Of The Project, Which He Has
