The Task Was Divided Into 2 Implementation Stages. As Part Of The Awarded Basic Public Procurement, Stage 1 Of The Town Of Woszczele And The Town Of Siedliska Will Be Implemented, I.E. The Section From Km Approx. 37+117.22 To Km Approximately 39+121.10 (The Town Of Siedliska) With A Length Of: 2.874 Km. Stage 2 Woszczele-Siedliska, I.E. From Km Approximately 33+600 To Km Approximately 37+117.22 With A Length Of: 3.517 Km Is The Subject Of A Similar Contract. The Total Length Of The Bicycle Road Section Within Dw656 Is 6.39 Km (Excluding Sections Running Within The Boundaries Of Railway Line No. 038, At Railway Crossings /Km 106.565 And 109.945 Of The Railway Line). The Investment In Question Is Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, In The Ełk County, In The Ełk Commune. Pursuant To Art. 442 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Will Grant Advance Payments For The Performance Of The Contract, Such A Possibility Was Provided For In The Contract Notice And In The Procurement Documents.
