The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of Residential And Municipal Buildings Located At The Following Addresses: Ławała 1, 3 And 4, As The Second Part Of The Implementation Of The Public Order Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of Residential And Municipal Buildings Łańca 1, 3, 4, 16B, Suchodębie 49 In The Scope Of, Among Others: - Insulation Of External Walls And Ceilings; - Replacement Of Roofing; - Replacement Of Windows And Doors; Implementation Of An Internal Central Heating Installation; Implementation Of A Heat Source In The Form Of Heat Pumps; Implementation Of A Pv Installation. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of Construction Machines Using Energy From Renewable Energy Sources, And Zero-Emission Motor Vehicles On The Terms Described In This Tor. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annexes No. 1, 1A And 1B To This Tor And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To Swz. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Reserves That If The Contractor Presents A Negative Construction And Strength Expert Opinion, Which Prevents The Installation Of Pv Installation Elements On The Roofs Of Buildings Or For Other Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party, The Installations In Question May Be Moved Completely To The Ground. The Required Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period Of The Contractor For The Work Performed Is 60 Months (5 Years), However, The Warranty For Pv Panels Is Not Less Than 144 Months (12 Years).
