4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Operate A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok, For Twenty-Four Months On The Premises Of A Facility Built By The Hajnówka Municipality, Located In Hajnówka, Ul. Szosa Kleszczelowska, By Accepting Municipal Waste Delivered By Residents Or Managers Of Residential Properties. Pszok Is A Technical Infrastructure Created As Part Of The Project Construction Of Pszok In Hajnówka As Part Of The Project Entitled Construction Of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points In The City Of Bielsk Podlaski And The City Of Hajnówka As Part Of The Competition Operational Program Infrastructure And Environment 2014-2020 Priority Axis Ii - Environmental Protection, Including Adaptation To Climate Change. Measure 2.2. Municipal Waste Management; Project Type No. 2 - Projects Covering Elements Of Waste Management In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods, Excluding Installations For Thermal Transformation Of Waste: Investments Concerning Only Municipal Waste Selective Collection Points, Co-Financed By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management.4.2. Waste Collected In Pszok Will Be Transferred Directly To The Entrepreneur Collecting Waste From Residential Properties, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste.
