The Subject Of The Order Is Change Of Use With The Expansion And Reconstruction Of Part Of The Building (Storage Shelter) Into A Garage And Warehouse Building For Storing Equipment For Carrying Out Tasks In Crisis Situations. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes Changing The Use Of Part Of The Storage Shed Located In Janów At Ul. Białostocka 16, On The Plot With Geod. No. 488/4 Janów Precinct. The Works Will Consist In The Construction Of A Garage And Warehouse Building With Dimensions Of 13.50 X 17.60 M. The External Walls Of The Existing Part Of The Shelter Will Be Encased In A Light Steel Structure Without Insulation, Using Trapezoidal Sheet Metal, Mounted On A Substructure Attached To The Steel Columns Of The Shelter, Thus Separating The Newly Designed Building. The Entrance To This Building Will Be Four Sliding Garage Doors, Including One With A Single-Leaf External Door. A Concrete Floor Reinforced With Mesh Will Be Made Inside The Building, And A Concrete Foundation Will Be Made Around Its Perimeter, Constituting The Edge For The Floor And The Building. The Existing Steel Structure Of The Shelter And The Wooden Roof Truss Will Be Strengthened By Using Appropriate Transoms And Bracing, And New Flashings Will Be Made. The New Building Will Be Equipped With Electrical Installation, Lighting And Lightning Protection System.3. As Part Of The Works Performed, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Works Directly Or Indirectly Resulting From The Scope Of The Works Performed. Within The Scope Of The Works Carried Out, The Contractor Will Prepare All Necessary As-Built Documentation Of The Works Carried Out; 4. In The Scope Of Security Works, The Contractor Will Perform All Activities, Industry Supervision, Measures To Protect Property, Equipment, Rights Of Third Parties Or The Investor Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Works Specified In The Documentation In The Event That They May Be Violated Or Damaged As A Result Of The Contractors Actions;5.
