The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Called Renovation (Modernization) Of The Surface Of The Multi-Purpose Pitch At The Primary School In Dziaduszyce, Under Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Modernize The Existing Multi-Purpose Pitch At The Primary School In Dziaduszyce By Performing, In Particular: A. Demolition And Dismantling Works: Dismantling The Existing Polyurethane Surface,  Dismantling The Substructure In The Place Where The Pitch Surface Collapsed,  Dismantling The Goals, B. Additions Crushed Aggregate Foundation In The Place Where The Pitch Collapsed, C. Completing The Concrete Foundation In The Place Where The Pitch Collapsed, D. Preparation Of The Substrate, E. Making A Polyurethane Surface For The Pitch Along With Painting The Lines, F. Installation Of Pitch Equipment:  Handball Goals (With The Net),  Volleyball Posts (With The Net), Allowing For Smooth Adjustment Of The Net Height In The Range Of 100 Mm - 250 Mm.2. Regardless Of The Obligations Referred To In Section 1 Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Install, At The Investment Site, An Information Board (Hereinafter: Information Board), Made Of Durable Material, In Accordance With The Design Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Information Board, Taking Into Account The Employers Guidelines.
