Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) General Information - Location Mieszków, Plot No. 304/31. - The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To The Renovation And Maintenance Of The Facade Of A Former Hospital Building (Currently A Multi-Family Residential Building). - A Residential Building With 4 Residential Premises, Single-Story, Without A Basement, With An Unused Attic. - The Building Is Entered In The Provincial Register Monuments. B) Scope Of Work To Be Performed: - Repairing Cracks In The Walls; - Filling The Gaps With Demolition Bricks Provided By The Investor; - Strengthening The Corner Of The Building - Installing 6 Mm Chrome-Nickel Rods, 50 Cm Long, Glued Into The Joints Using A Special Cement Mortar; - Cleaning Of The Joints And Walls; - Hydrophobization Of The Brick Surface With Liquid Preparations - By Spraying; - Execution Of External Plasters On Lime Mortar; - Colors Of External Plasters To Be Agreed In Detail By The Committee (With The Participation Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments) At The Facility After A Trial Repainting; - Profiling Of The Plinth; - Replacement Of Roof Tiles On Part Of The Eaves Cornice (Double Laced Plain Roof Tiles); - Replacement Of External Doors (3 Pcs.) - Drainage Of The External Walls Of The Building; - Renovation Of Wooden Windows Looms In The Attic - Demolition Of External Stairs From The Southern Façade And Construction Of New Ones;3. Detailed Solutions For The Implementation Of The Task Are Described In Annex No. 1 Of The Opz, Which Consists Of: - Design Documentation - Annex No. 1A - Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1B Note! Due To The Flat-Rate Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Purpose Of Submitting A Comparable Offer. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Entire Scope Of Works Described In The Documentation.
