1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Main Staircase In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Chrzanów (Al. Henryka 20).2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Renovation Of The Main Staircase In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Chrzanów At Al. Henryka 20, Consisting Mainly Of Replacing Floors, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Strengthening And Renovating Balustrades, Electrical Works And Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.3. The Detailed Opz Was Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz: Design Documentation And Stwiorb.4. Wherever The Subject Matter Of The Contract Has Been Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These References In The Absence Of A Specific Term. If The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials, Devices Or Technologies Are Indicated In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Other Procurement Documents, They Should Be Treated As Examples. The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Ensure At Least The Same Technical, Quality, Functional And Functional Parameters.
