Basic Characteristics Of The Building Elements Covered By The Subject Of The Order: Roof Area - 714 M2 Facade Area - 1,826 M2 Total Joinery Area (Windows, Doors, Gates) - 639.05 M23) The Scope Of The Order Includes:  Construction Works, I.E.: Demolition Works, Including: - Dismantling Of Brick Elements And Chimneys Along With Caps On The Roof, - Dismantling The Roofing Felt Covering, - Carving Out Terrazzo Window Sills From The Wall, - Removal And Disposal Of Rubble, Felt And Demolition Materials (Including Dismantled Window And Door Joinery), - Façade, Including: - Insulation Walls Using The Light - Wet Method Along With Facade Plaster (Plaster) - Window Sills Made Of Coated Sheet Metal, Roof, Including: - Construction Of New Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Rings, - Construction Of A New Wooden Structure From Rafters With Cladding, - Installation Of Insulation - Roof Membrane, - Installation Of Mineral Wool Insulation, - Light Casing: Installation Of Sandwich Panels With Pu Pins, - Exhaust Pipes And Roof Ventilation Ducts Made Of Galvanized Sheet Metal.
