The Ordering Party Orders And The Contractor Accepts A Public Order Consisting In The Performance Of Construction Works Under The Task Entitled: Construction Of Three Playgrounds In The Lutomiersk Commune In The Towns Of: Prusinowice, Mirosławice, Bechcice-Parcela (Case Reference Number: Riir.271.10.2026). The Order Consists Of Three Tasks Indicated In The Commune Budget Under The Names: 1) Construction Playground On Plot No. 295 In Prusinowice; 2) Construction Of A Playground On Plot No. 195 In Mirosławice; 3) Construction Of A Playground On Plot No. 25/2 In Bechcice-Parcela.4.2.4.2.1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 1) Construction Of A Playground On Plot No. 295 In The Town Of Prusinowice. The Implementation Of The Order Involves The Reconstruction (Renovation) Of The Existing Playground, Located On Plot No. 295 In The Town Of Prusinowice. The Aim Of The Intention Is To Tidy Up And Modernize The Existing Recreational Area By Dismantling Worn-Out And Conflicting Development Elements, Constructing A New Safe Surface, And Installing Equipment. Playground Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture, As Well As Construction Of A Fence For The Playground. The Playground Is Public, Accessible And Recreational. It Is Intended For Everyday Use By Children, Under The Supervision Of Adults. The Designed Playground Will Be Intended For Recreation By Children In Various Age Groups, With The Possibility Of Using Devices With Various Motor, Fitness And Sensory Functions. The Project Includes: A) Dismantling The Existing Playground Equipment, Fences, Elements Of Small Architecture And Surfaces Colliding With The Planned Land Development (According To The Drawings), B) Construction Of A Safe Surface In The Form Of A Sand Layer, C) Installation Of 3 Playground Equipment With Various Functional Functions, D) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including Benches, A Waste Bin, An Information Board With Regulations And A Bicycle Rack, E) Construction Of A Fence For The Playground With Entrance Gates, F) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works And Restoring The Adjacent Surfaces. Play Equipment Should Be Selected In A Way That Ensures A Variety Of Functional Functions, In Particular The Functions Of Climbing, Swinging, Sliding, Swinging Or Agility Play. The Devices Should Be Intended For Use On Outdoor Playgrounds And Resistant To Weather Conditions And Intensive Public Use. No Specific Manufacturer Of The Devices Is Indicated.
