1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Toilets At The Basement Level In Building A Of The Provincial Public Library. Marshal Józef Piłsudski In Łódź” In The “Design And Build” Formula, Described In Detail In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Entitled Modernization Of Toilets At The Basement Level In Building A Of The Marshal Józef Piłsudski Provincial Public Library In Łódź Prepared By The Jotka Design Studio (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu) And In The Concept Of Renovation Of Bathrooms - Drawing No. 1 And Inventory - Drawing No. 2 Constituting Annexes To The Pfu. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation (Execution Design) In The Following Industries: Architectural, Construction, Sanitary (Water, Sewage, Central Heating, Ventilation) And Electrical (Power Installations, Basic Lighting And - If Required - Emergency, Necessary Adaptation Of The Ssp Installation), Along With All Required Arrangements, Opinions And, If Necessary, Administrative Decisions; B) Performance Of All Preparatory, Dismantling And Demolition In The Existing Toilet Rooms And The Corridor At The Basement Level Of Building A; C) Execution Of Construction And Finishing Works In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation, Including In Particular: New Plasterboard Partition Walls, Wall Cladding And Floors Made Of Stoneware Tiles, Suspended Ceilings, Internal Door Joinery, Furniture And System Development Of Hpl Sanitary Cabins And Toilet Equipment; D) Construction And/Or Reconstruction Of The Following Installations: Water Supply, Sewage, Central Heating, Ventilation And Electrical Installations To The Extent Resulting From The Functional And Utility Program And Design Documentation; E) Delivery And Assembly Of Complete Sanitary Equipment, Fittings, Electrical Devices And Bathroom Accessories In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party; F) Performance Of Commissioning, Tests, Examinations, Regulations And Measurements, Including Tightness And Patency Tests Of The Installation, Electrical Measurements And Checks Of The Ssp Installation Within The Scope Covered By The Agreement; G) Tidying Up The Area Works, Disposal Of Construction Waste At The Contractors Expense, Submission Of As-Built Documentation And Participation In Acceptance Activities.2. The Toilets In Question Will Serve The Main Reading Room Of The Library For Approximately 70 People, Divided Into Womens And Mens Toilets, A Room For Cleaning Products And A Corridor In Front Of The Toilets, In Accordance With The Pfu.
