The Order Includes Comprehensive Development Of Full-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, Including The Final Decision On The Building Permit, Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment In The Passive Building Standard.3. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Increase The Availability Of Modern Educational And Therapeutic Infrastructure By Building An Energy-Saving, Passive Wing Of A Special School, Fully Integrated With The Existing Facility. The Investment Responds To The Growing Needs Of The Local Community, Strengthens The Public Functions Of The Young City And Implements The Social, Environmental And Climate Goals Of The Financing Program.4. Target Groups: A) Children And Young People With Disabilities (Intellectual, Motor, Autism Spectrum), B) Students Of The Work Training School, C) Teaching And Therapeutic Staff, D) Local Community Of The Young City Area.5. Stage I - Conceptual Stage A) Architectural And Functional Concept With Land Development In Terms Of The Access Road, Pedestrian Route And Parking Spaces, Taking Into Account The Existing Land Development And Taking Into Account The Active Permit For The Construction Of A Sports Field.
