Delivered Together With The Order (If They Are Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product) 2) The Order Includes Delivery, Bringing And Assembly To Individual Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Masłowice Commune, 3) The Contractor Ensures That All Furniture And Equipment Will Be Brand New (Unused), Of Full Value, Free From Defects, Made In Accordance With Industry Standards And With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Approved For Trading And Use In European Union Countries, 4) The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery (Transport) Along With Unloading, Bringing In And Assembly In Individual Locations. Delivery, Collection And Assembly Will Be Carried Out On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 09:00 To 14:00. The Offer Should Include All Other Necessary Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 5) Furniture And Equipment Are To Be Intended For Intensive Use In Public Buildings. They Are To Be Made Carefully With Great Attention To Detail, From High-Quality Materials. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Material And Quantitative Description, Technical Parameters And Operational Requirements, Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
