1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Thermal Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Primary School. Helena Moszczeńska In Golina Along With Accompanying Works. The School Facility Consists Of Four Interconnected Building Segments. The Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Include Three Segments And Do Not Include The Fourth Segment, Which Houses The Sports Hall. The School Where Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Is Located In Golina, At Ul. Jarocinska 32 (63-200 Jarocin) On Plot Number 169/7, Jarocin Commune, Jarocin Poviat. The Subject Of The Order Consists In Particular Of: - Wall Insulation, - Flat Roof Insulation, - Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, - Disassembly And Installation Of New External And Internal Window Sills, - Renovation Of The Facade, - Replacement Of The Source. Heat (Including Installation Of A Ground Heat Pump),  Installation Of An Internal Hydrant Installation,  Modernization Of The Lightning Protection Installation,  Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation,  Installation Of A Fire Protection Power Switch. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Helena Moszczeńska Primary School In Golina The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Materials And Devices (Purchased Or Manufactured By The Contractor), Brand New And Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Meeting The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction In Accordance With The Design Documentation. When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out All Works Related To The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In In The Field Of Environmental Protection, Including The Provisions Of The European Union And National Law, As Well As In Accordance With The Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm) Principle, I.E. In A Way That Does Not Cause Significant Harm To Any Environmental Objectives, Including: To Execute And, If Necessary, Update The Waste Management Plan. The Catalog Of The Contractors Obligations, Also In Relation To Dnsh, Is Included In The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Building Subject To Thermal Modernization Is A School Building And It Is Not Possible To Exclude All Rooms From Use Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has Developed A Time Schedule Of Works Showing The Availability Of Rooms For The Works Being Carried Out, Which Is As Follows: - Summer Holidays: Full Availability Of Rooms For Carrying Out Construction Works (Incl.
