Tenders Are Invited For Providing Shelter For Homeless People, Part 2

The Subject Of The Order Under Part I Is The Provision Of Shelter Services, I.E. Providing Temporary Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People, Enabling Them To Spend The Night In Conditions Guaranteeing Temporary Assistance In Conditions Guaranteeing The Protection Of Life And Health For Homeless People Referred By The Social Welfare Center In Olkusz In The Period From July 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2026 The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Forecast Average Number Of People Referred Will Be 15 People. The Number Of People Provided By The Ordering Party Is The Expected Number For The Entire Duration Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Regard. The Contractor Declares That He Accepts The Above Reservations And Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect Against The Ordering Party. Each Time A Person Is Placed In A Night Shelter, An Earlier Date Will Be Set And On The Basis Of An Administrative Decision Issued By The Social Welfare Center In Olkusz. The Service Should Be Provided In Premises Located No More Than 40 Km From Olkusz, With The Possibility Of Direct Access With The Provision Of Your Own Transport Or Transport By Public Transport Without Transfers (From Olkusz To The Shelter). The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept Homeless People In Emergency Situations, And In Particular In Cases Where These People Are Brought By The Police And Municipal Police Outside The Working Hours Of The Ops, In Accordance With The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz. Standard Of Services Provided In A Shelter For Homeless People And The Standard Of The Facility In Which The Shelter For Homeless People Is Located Must Be In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms. Subject Of The Order
