3/10 The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Reversing Bay At Ul. Cadets. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Reversing Bay For A Public Transport Bus Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, In Particular: A) Surface Construction, B) Reconstruction Or Protection Of Conflicting Technical Infrastructure (If Required), C) Vertical And Horizontal Markings. 2) If, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, It Is Required To Introduce Changes In The Traffic Organization, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Develop A Project For Changing The Permanent Traffic Organization, B) Obtain The Required Opinions And Approval Of The Traffic Organization Design, C) Submitting The Approved Traffic Organization Design To The Ordering Party - 4 Copies.3) The Design Documentation Should Include The Relocation Of The Existing Information Board To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4) In The Event That, In Accordance With The Law, Reconstruction Of The Exit From A Public Road Is Required, I.E. Provincial Road No. 801, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Obtain Agreement On The Location Of The Exit With The Relevant Road Manager, B) Prepare Design Documentation Required By The Road Manager And In Accordance With The Law, C) Obtain An Administrative Decision Authorizing The Location Or Reconstruction Of The Exit From The Public Road, If The Applicable Regulations And The Road Manager Require Such A Decision.3.11.
