3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is Performance Of The Service Entitled: Providing The Service Of Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Of Medical Origin, Codes: 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 04, 18 01 06*, 18 01 09 For Spzoz In Wolsztyn. 3.2 The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Total Amount Of Waste Generated In All Facilities Belonging To Spzoz Wolsztynie Within 12 Months Will Be Approximately 49,000 Kg, Which Is Approximately 4,083.33 Kg Per Month.3.3 Referred To In Section 2 Quantities Are Approximate And May Change Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 3.4 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From Part Of The Subject Of The Contract And To Increase It In Monthly Settlement Periods, Provided That It Results From Its Justified Needs, And The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of The Contract At The Level Of At Least 70% Of The Gross Contract Value. 3.5 The Service Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Particular In: A) Collection Of Containers Filled With Waste From The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, B) Loading, C) Transport, D) Unloading, E) Disposal Of Waste In A Place Designated For This Purpose In Accordance With Applicable Law, F) Washing And Disinfection Of Containers Along With Information On The Disinfection Performed On The Containers, Taking Into Account The Date Of The Process, G) Transport Of Empty, Disinfected Containers To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.
