1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The X-Ray Laboratory At The District Clinic In Dynów, Which Is An Organizational Unit Of The Health Care Complex No. 2 In Rzeszów. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Purchase, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning Of Equipment, Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use Of The Supplied Equipment, And Modernization, Adaptation, Installation And Construction Works. The X-Ray Device And Its Accessories Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New - Not Exhibition, Not Demonstration, Unused, Not Reconditioned, Minimum Year Of Production 2025.2. A Detailed Description Of The Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Form Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Tor. Annex No. 2 To The Swz Contains A Description Of The Modernization And Adaptation Works. Measurements Of Short-Circuit Loop Impedance Are Available In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And The Bill Of Quantities Is Available In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Appendices To The Swz Constitute Its Integral Part.
