Tenders Are Invited For Successful Delivery Of Food Products For Public Kindergarten No. 1 With Integration Branches In Ożarów Mazowiecki

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Task Included In The Budget Of Public Kindergarten No. 1 With Integration Departments In Ożarów Mazowiecki For 2026 / 2027.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For Public Kindergarten No. 1 With Integration Branches In Ożarów Mazowiecki In The Range And Quantities (Subject To Point 4.3 Of The Swz) Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Part A: Foodstuffs3. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Point 4 Of The Swz. The Quantities Of Supplies Given In The Above-Mentioned Attachment Are The Estimated Demand For A Period Of A Maximum Of 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Provided That The Contract Period Ends On August 31, 2027 (Suspension Of Deliveries During The Holiday Months: July Or August 2027 - Break In The Kindergartens Operation - To Be Determined During Implementation Orders)4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order May Change, I.E.: A) The Given Quantities Of Products In Individual Parts Are Estimates And May Be Reduced (By A Maximum Of 30%). They Will Be Used Only To Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer, I.E. They Do Not Constitute The Final Size Of The Order, And As A Result, They Cannot Constitute Grounds For Filing Claims For Unrealized Deliveries Or For Refusing Deliveries. The Ordering Party Will Not Bear Any Negative Financial Consequences Caused By A Reduction In The Quantity And Value Of Deliveries. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Deliveries Between Items In The Subject Of The Order. B) The Ordering Party Also Allows For The Possibility Of Increasing The Ordered Quantities Of Individual Products Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Therefore, The Ordering Party, Referring To The Provisions Of Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Act Provides For The Possibility Of Applying The Option Right. If, During The Implementation Of The Contract, It Turns Out That The Ordering Partys Demand For Supplies Of Food Products Will Increase, Not Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option And Increase Deliveries At Lump-Sum Gross Unit Prices Specified In The Contractors Offer. The Delivery Covered By The Option Right May Not Exceed 30% Of The Total Gross Bid Amount Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Allows Price Indexation Of The Products Included In The Contractors Offer During The Implementation Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Contract.6. Price Changes As A Result Of Indexation Must Be Made In Writing Under Pain Of Nullity.7. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Pn Standards Or European Harmonized Standards, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On The Group Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Fo
