The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Service Of Organizing And Implementing A Conference In The City Of Kielce In 2026 Regarding The Implementation Of The Regional Program European Funds For The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2021-2027 In The Scope Of Projects Financed By The European Social Fund+. 2. The Aim Of The Event Is: - To Promote Knowledge About The European Funds And The Benefits Resulting From Polands Membership In The European Union, - To Promote And Disseminate The Effects Of Implementation In The Region Świętokrzyskie Social Projects Financed From European Funds, - Promoting Future Possibilities Of Using European Funds As Part Of Activities Comprehensively Supporting The Inhabitants Of The Świętokrzyskie Region.3. As Part Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Order, The Contractors Tasks Will Include: - Providing A Conference Room With Facilities And Technical Equipment As Well As Full Technical Service; - Providing Free Parking For Conference Participants; - Providing Translation Of The Conference Into Polish Sign Language; - Providing A Speaker; - Providing Catering, Incl. Including Continuous Coffee Service, Cold Buffet And Lunch; - Providing Third Party Liability Insurance For The Event Or Having An Active Insurance Policy Of The Event Organizer In Connection With The Conducted Activity. 4. Number Of Conference Participants: 300 People (Including Representatives Of Local Government Units, Social Economy Entities And The Business Sector From The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship). Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Kept In Polish Zlotys.7.
