1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Office Chairs/Armchairs Meeting High Ergonomic Standards, Intended For Administrative Employees Of The Municipal Office In Dzierzgoń At Ul. Plac Wolności 1 - In Accordance With The Specifications Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). The Delivery In Question Is Part Of The Project Implemented By The Dzierzgoń Commune As Part Of The Project Titled: Eliminating Health Risk Factors At Work Tailored To The Needs Of The Dzierzgoń Commune, Its Subordinate Units And Their Employees (European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program; Priority 5 European Funds For A Socially Strong Pomerania - Esf+; Measure 5.5. Active And Healthy Aging), Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Results From The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of One Set Of Office Chairs/Armchairs, Which Must Meet The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hence The Quantitative Division Of The Order Has No Practical Justification. Failure To Divide The Contract Into Parts Does Not Violate Fair Competition.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8.5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Delivered Complete Products, Taking Into Account Cases Where For Equipment For Which Their Manufacturers Provide A Longer Warranty Period - According To The Manufacturers Warranty.6.
