The Scope Of The Study Includes: 1) Land Development Design - 4 Copies, 2) Architectural And Construction Design - 4 Copies, 3) Technical Design - 4 Copies 4) Detailed Design (If The Detail Of The Technical Design Is Insufficient) - 4 Copies 5) Investors Cost Estimate - 2 Copies, 6) Bill Of Quantities - 2 Copies, 7) Offer Cost Estimate - 2 Copies, 8) Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior),9) Water Law Report Together With Obtaining A Decision On A Water Law Permit (If Required) - 1 Copy,10) All Opinions, Permits, Arrangements, Certificates And Decisions Necessary To Perform The Task Allowing The Ordering Party To Carry Out Construction Works. It Is Also Required To Submit Design Documentation In Electronic Version On Cd/Dvd - 1 Piece. Moreover, If In Order To Prepare Documentation And Obtain Arrangements, Permits, Decisions Enabling The Ordering Party Commencement Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, It Will Be Necessary To Prepare Additional Documents, Studies, Calculations Or Make Additional Arrangements Not Listed In The Swz And Its Annexes, The Contractor Will Perform Them Under This Agreement. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer The Proprietary Rights To The Documentation, Including All Documents Produced And Obtained. The Documentation Should Describe The Investment Task In Detail And Be Sufficient For The Ordering Party To Conduct A Tender Procedure For Construction Works And Award A Public Contract For These Works Based On The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Of This Order Also Includes Providing The Ordering Party With Answers And Explanations Regarding The Scope Of Works Covered By The Design Documentation In The Event Of Questions During The Tender Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Update Cost Estimates After Completing The Subject Of The Order Within The Deadline Specified By The Ordering Party.
