Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Postal Services

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services By The Contractor For The Needs Of The Municipal Office In Jarocin In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items (Letter Items, Postal Parcels), As Well As The Return Of Undelivered Items After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivery Or Handing Over To The Recipient Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012 Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026) R. Item 558). The Types And Number Of Shipments Specified In The Price Form As Part Of The Services Provided Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Changes In Quantity And Type During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Types Of Shipments, Returns, Postal Parcels, Their Weight Ranges And Envelope Dimensions Were Developed By The Ordering Party Based On Previous Experience In The Field Of Postal Services Provided By The Current Contractor. Parcels Sent By The Ordering Party Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To Any Place In The Country And Abroad, To The Given Address Or Indicated Post Office Box Address, In Compliance With The Rules And Conditions For Effective And Timely Delivery Of Letters Specified In The Applicable Regulations. Shipments Sent By The Ordering Party Will, In The Case Of Notification, Be Collected By The Addressees At Properly Marked Permanent Establishments Of The Contractor Located In Every Commune In The Country.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 64110000-0 - Postal Services64121100-1 - Mail Delivery Services, 64112000-4 - Postal Services Relating To Letters, 64113000-1 - Postal Services Relating To Parcels. 3. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Ordering Party Uses The Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Content Of The Swz. Each Time A Standard Is Indicated In This Swz Or The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It. In All Places Of The Swz And Annexes To The Swz In Which An Example Of A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Used, Or If The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz, Marking Such Indications Or References Wi
