Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment For The Municipal Nursery In Działdowo

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Delivery Of Equipment For A Municipal Nursery In Działdowo Included In The Budget Task Entitled: Development Of Technical Documentation And Construction Of A Nursery, Consisting In The Delivery Of Equipment Intended For Use In A Care Facility For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age. All Delivered Products Must Meet The Requirements Specified In This Description And Applicable Legal Regulations. I. General Requirements1) All Products Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete And Free From Defects.2) The Products Must Be Intended For Use In Nurseries.3) The Equipment Must Meet Applicable Safety Standards And Legal Requirements.4) At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit Documents Confirming The Quality And Safety Of The Products.Ii. Safety And Quality1) Materials Used For Production Must Be Safe For Children, Non-Toxic And Durable.2) The Equipment Must Not Have Sharp Edges Or Elements Posing A Risk Of Injury.3) Products Must Be Resistant To Intensive Use And Enable Maintaining An Appropriate Level Of Hygiene.4) Equipment Elements Should Be Easy To Clean And Disinfect.Iii. Adaptation To Users1) The Equipment Must Be Adapted To The Age And Developmental Needs Of Children Up To 3 Years Of Age.2) The Equipment Should Ensure Safe And Comfortable Use By Children And Staff.3) The Colors And Functionality Of The Equipment Should Be Appropriate For A Nursery Facility.Iv. Documents And Acceptance1) The Contractor Will Provide The Required Certificates, Attestations, Declarations Of Conformity Or Equivalent Documents, If Required For A Given Product.2) Products Requiring Assembly Must Be Assembled And Placed In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept Products That Do Not Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Is Specified In Chapter Ii And Constitutes An Annex To The Specification Of Terms Of Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz). The Order Is Co-Financed From The Funds Of The National Reconstruction And Immunity Plan And Funds For Vat Financing (Supplementary To Funds From The Kpo), Under The Active Maluch 2022-2029 Program.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Completed On The Terms And Conditions Described In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract; 2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz); 3) Swz.3. Where The Swz And Its Annexes Indicate The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Etc.) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equipment Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party In The Tender Documentation.
