1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 3 Waste Racks.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Pzp.5. All Requirements Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.6 Act. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, E.G. Resulting From The Responses To The Contractors Inquiries. However, It Is Not Necessary To Modify The Swz And/Or Its Annexes By The Ordering Party, As They Should Be Read Together With Any Changes.7. All Provisions Contained In The Terms Of Reference And Annexes To The Swz Should Be Read Together, I.E. They Are Mutually Complementary Provisions, Creating All The Requirements For Contractors Both At The Stage Of Their Selection Procedure And At The Stage Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract.8. The Assortment Provided By The Contractor And The Method Of Execution Of This Order Must Be Consistent With The Do No Serious Damage (Dnsh) Principle For Environmental Purposes Resulting From Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18/06/2020 And The Conditions Set Out In Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 February 2021 Establishing The Recovery And Resilience Facility (Rrf) And The Guidelines For The National Recovery Plan. Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Order Will Not Cause Significant Damage To Any Of The Environmental Objectives Referred To In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852.
