1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Festival Set, Which Includes: The Delivery Of A Brand New Tent Intended For Event Purposes, A Floor, A Platform And A Lighting Set.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol.4. No Later Than On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Complete Documentation, Which Includes In Particular: A) Warranty Cards For The Entire Subject Of The Order, B) Detailed Instructions For Operation, Assembly, Disassembly, Maintenance And Transport In Polish (Paper And Electronic Versions), C) Documents Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Service Services In Polish (Warranty And Post-Warranty Period), D) Certificates, Declarations Of Performance And Approvals, Including A Flame Retardancy Certificate According To Euroclass Min. B-S2, D0 For The Sheathing And Documentation Confirming The Strength Parameters Of The Structure;E) Universal Video Material (Manufacturers Instructional Video) Illustrating The Correct Process Of Assembling And Disassembling The Tent, If Applicable.5. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.6. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.7. If Trademarks, Patents, Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Are Used In The Documents, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Only Specify The Minimum Expected Quality And Functional Parameters And The Required Standard. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. Those Whose Technical, Qualitative And Operational Parameters Are No Worse (At Least The Same Or Better) Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Their Use Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Adopted Solutions. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That The Solutions Proposed By Him Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (E.G. By Submitting A List Of Equivalent Solutions And Appropriate Means Of Evidence, Such As Manufacturers Catalog Cards, With The Offer).
