Task No. 1 Cutting Down Trees Growing Along District Roads In The Communes Of Gruta, Rogóźno And Łasin1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Cutting Of 140 Trees In The Gruta Commune And 6 Trees In The Rogóźno Commune And 10 Trees In The Łasin Commune, In Accordance With The Attached List2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cut Down All Trees Within 5 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 3. Due To The Fact That The Date Of Tree Felling Coincides With The Bird Breeding Season, Which Occurs Between March 1 And October 15, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain An Ornithological Opinion On The Presence Of Bird Nests And Nesting Sites In The Trees Subject To Felling No Later Than Two Days Before Planning The Felling Of Trees.4. An Ornithological Opinion Regarding Each Cut Tree, Allowing Its Removal, Should Be Delivered To The Pzd Headquarters In Paper Form Within 3 Days.5. An Ornithological Opinion Regarding Each Tree, Which Does Not Allow For Its Felling Due To The Presence Of Birds, Should Be Delivered To The Pzd Headquarters In Paper Form Within 3 Days. 6. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Carry Out Partial Acceptance After The Contractor Reports Completion Of Not Less Than 80% Of The Task Within 21 Days, And The Final Acceptance Within 14 Days From The Date Of Reporting The Completion Of The Works By The Contractor.
