Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Delivery Vehicle - A Brand New One. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Moreover, The Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. If The Procedure Documentation Contains Terms Referring Directly To Specific Products, Devices, Standards, Approvals, Certificates, Trademarks, Patents, Or Origin Markings, They Serve To Determine The Minimum Technical And Quality Characteristics. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers Using Materials And Elements Other Than Those Specified In The Procedure Documentation, Provided That The Proposed Materials And Elements Will Have Technical And Quality (Technological) Parameters Not Worse Than Those Presented In The Documentation And Will Have Certificates And Approvals Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Procedure Documentation. An Equivalent Solution Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Documentation.5. The Requirements Provided By The Ordering Party In These Proceedings Are Minimum Requirements And Should Be Compulsorily Met. The Item Description May Include Parameters Given In A Specific Range, Which Indicate The Minimum And Maximum Range That Can Be Used. Failure To Meet The (Minimum) Requirements Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law - Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. 6. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because The Order Is Indivisible. Failure To Divide The Contract Into Lots Will Not Distort Competition By Limiting The Ability Of Smaller Entities, In Particular Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, To Compete For The Contract. Dividing The Order Into Parts Will Not Bring Any Economic Benefits To The Ordering Party. Dividing The Order Into Parts Of The Car Delivery Could Make It Impossible To Complete The Order
