The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Technical Documentation Together With Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled: Construction Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service And The Rescue And Firefighting Unit In Mogilno, In Particular: 1) Development Of The Architectural And Functional Concept Of The Investment; 2) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including In Particular The Development Design Area, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Executive Designs And Other Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment; 3) Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes And Other Necessary Geodetic Studies; 4) Obtaining, If Necessary, Technical Conditions For Connection To The Water Supply Network, Sanitary Sewage System, Rainwater Sewage System, Electricity, Gas Sewage System And Other Networks And Installations Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment; 5) Obtaining A Valid And Final Decision On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment - If Required; 6) Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions, Technical Conditions, Administrative Decisions, Permits And Consents Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And The Implementation Of The Investment;7) Obtaining Sanitary And Fire Protection Opinions And Other Industry Arrangements Required By Law;8) Obtaining Decisions Authorizing The Felling Of Trees And Shrubs - If Required;9) Preparing Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Collective Cost Statements For All Industries In Accordance With Applicable Law;10) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Patents Or Origin, Unless It Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contractor Indicates Equivalent Solutions;14) Providing Design Documentation Also In Electronic Version, In Editable And Non-Editable Formats, In Particular: Dwg, Pdf, Docx, Ath And Xlsx, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz;15) Exercising Comprehensive Authors Supervision In Accordance With Applicable Law Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Including Participating In Meetings, Giving Opinions On Alternative Solutions And Providing Explanations Regarding The Design Documentation;16) Updating Investor Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities And Other Elements Of Cost Documentation At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Within The Deadlines Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, In The Event Of The Developed Documentation Becoming Obsolete Or The Need To Initiate A Procedure For Construction Works;17) Participation In The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation, In Particular By Providin
