This Contract Can Be Described As A Works Contract, In Accordance With The Definition Of Article 13 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp), Which Transposes Into The Legal System The Directives Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/23/Eu And 2014/24/Ue, Of February 26, 2014. The Works To Be Executed Refer To A Complete Work, And Are Those Defined In The Basic And Executive Project That Serves As The Basis For This Tender. However, In Accordance With Article 13 Of The Lcsp, Works Contracts Are Those Whose Object, Among Others, Is The Execution Of A Work, Isolated Or Together With The Drafting Of The Project, Or The Performance Of Any Of The Works Listed In Annex I Of The Same Lcsp. The Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Basic And Executive Technical Project, With The Conditions Indicated In The Specifications Particular Techniques (Pptp), The Plec De Clàusules Particular Administrative (Pcap), Plus Those Offered By The Successful Tenderer In Its Proposal, And Generally In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.
