Scada Or Equivalent System – Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A Remote Control / Remote Control System For The Control Of Electro-Mechanical Equipment, Leaks, Disinfection And Drinking Water Quality In The External Reservoir Of The Municipality Of Doridos. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A Tested And Ready-To-Operate Remote Control / Remote Control System, Which Automatically Manages The Interconnected Sensors And Other Electromechanical Equipment, Installed In The External Aqueduct Of The Municipality Of Doridos. The System, In Real Time, Supervises, Records, Controls And Provides Remote Free (Without Functional Limitations) Intervention Of The User, To Modify The Automatic Operation Of The External Aqueduct. The System Automatically Checks, According To Its Programming, The Following: 1. The Measurement Of Hydraulic And Electrical Parameters. 2. The Quality Of Drinking Water. 3. The Disinfection Of Drinking Water. 4. The Leaks In The Drinking Water Transport And Distribution Network. 5. The Consumption Of Electricity. 6. The Automatic Remote Collection, Processing And Management Of Information, As Well As Any Intervention By The User, Whether Remote Or Local, To Modify The Automatic Operation Of The Water Supply Network. 7. The Protection Of Electrical And Electronic Installations From Surges And Lightning. 8. The Protection Of The Facilities, Against Access By Unauthorized Persons. In Addition To The Supply And Installation Of All Equipment, Listed In The Technical Description - Specifications, Delivery, Unloading, Storage At The Project Site, Moving, Lifting, Testing, Commissioning, Documentation And User Training Are Also Included. Offers Are Submitted For The Entire Commission. This Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts As It Concerns The Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Testing And Guaranteed Operation Of Two (2) Years Of An Integrated Remote Control / Remote Control System Of The Water Supply Network Of The Municipality Of Doridos. The System In Question Consists Of One (1) Central Control Station To Which All Data (Measurements Of Hydraulic, Electrical Parameters And Quality - Water Disinfection) Of The Equipment To Be Supplied Will Be Connected And Displayed From Fifty (50) Local Control Stations, Which Will Be Installed In The Reservoirs, Water Wells And Pumping Stations Of The Municipality Of Doridos, As Mentioned In The Declaration. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In: • Appendix I – Technical Description – Specifications – Indicative Budget. • Appendix Ii – Special Writing Of Obligations. • Appendix Iv – General Underwriting Of Obligations. Of This Declaration. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On The Best Quality-Price Ratio. The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Execution Of The Contract Is Defined As The Date Of Posting Of The Agreement Signed By The Contracting Parties In K.H.I.M.Dis.
