The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Arrangement Work Consisting Of: Preparation Of Workshop And Technological Designs Provided For In The Order, Delivery And Assembly Of Exhibition And Artistic Arrangement Elements, As Well As Performance Of Other Works In Accordance With The Opz. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Implementation Stages: A) Stage I Preparation Of Full Workshop And Technological Documentation, Together With The Necessary Descriptive And Material Documentation, Based On The Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party. B) Stage Ii Preparation Of Samples And Mock-Ups As Well As Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of All Elements Provided For Under The Subject Of This Order, As Well As Conducting Training And User Manuals And Developing As-Built Documentation. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Terms Of Contract Execution And Principles Of Cooperation Are Presented, Respectively, In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template. 3. Full Design Documentation Considered Confidential By The Ordering Party Will Be Made Available After Signing The Confidentiality Declaration (According To Annex No. 1B To The Swz). The Ordering Party Will Send The Login And Password To The Remote Disk Electronically To The E-Mail Address Provided In The Declaration. An On-Site Inspection Of The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Possible On Weekdays From Monday To Friday, From 10:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. After Sending A Notification Of The Intention To Participate In An On-Site Inspection To The Deputy Head Of The Real Estate Administration And Management Department - Mirosław Abramczyk, To The E-Mail Address: [email protected]. The Notification Referred To Above Must Include The Name Of The Contractor And A List Of Up To 5 People (Names And Surnames) Representing The Contractor During The On-Site Visit. Persons Not Listed In The Application Will Not Be Able To Take Part In The On-Site Visit. The Dates Of On-Site Visits Will Be Set Based On The Possibility Of Organizing Groups Of Up To 5 People, At Least On The Next Business Day From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application. Participation In The On-Site Visit Will Require Each Participant To Sign A Confidentiality Declaration (According To Annex No. 1B To The Swz). During The On-Site Visit, It Will Be Possible To Get Acquainted With The Facility, Including The Fryderyk Chopin Museum Building. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Duration Of The On-Site Visit May Result From The Availability Of The Facility At The Time Of The On-Site Visit, But Should Not Be Longer Than 2 Hours. Attention. The Condition For Receiving A Login And Password To The Remote Disk On Which Confidential Documentation Will Be Stored Will Be The Submission By The Contractor Of A Confidentiality Declaration Prepared In Accordance With Annex No. 1B To The Swz. This Declaration Must Be Submitted Before The Agreed Date Of The On-Site Visit In Electronic Form Using The Means Of Electronic Communication Indicated In Paragraph 7, Section. 1 Swz.
