As The Delegator Does Not Have Existing Real Estate Capable Of Hosting Activities Linked To The Delegated Service, The Delegatee Will Have To Propose One Or More Real Estate Solutions To Accommodate The Pornichet Casino. The Delegatee Must Pay: - The Tax Relating To The Gross Proceeds Of The Games, In Application Of Article L. 2333-54 Of The Local Authorities Code. The Municipal Levy Rate On The Gross Product Of The Games Will Be Negotiated With The Candidates, - A Financial Contribution To The Development Of Tourism, Sports And Culture, - Sums Intended For The Communal Social Action Center Of The Commune Of Pornichet And Collected By The Casino For Orphans, In Accordance With Article 2 Of The Decree Of October 29, 2010 Relating To The Methods Of Collection, Recovery And Control Of Levies Specific To Casino Games Operated In Application Of Articles L. 321-1 Et Seq. Of The Internal Security Code. The Maximum Duration Of The Dsp Is Set At 20 Years. The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Fixed According To The Importance And The Amortization Period
