The Security Guards Must: • Ensure Access Control (And Registration) And View Current Camera Images. • Be A Hospitable First Point Of Contact For Residents, Visitors, Suppliers And Press. • Make Fire, Closing And General Rounds In And Around The Building. • Monitoring Compliance With The House Rules By Residents And, At The Request Of The Supervisors, Supporting The Implementation Of The Sanctions Policy. • Act Repressively And De-Escalatingly In The Event Of Emergencies And Irregularities. • Fulfill The Role As Head Of Emergency Response On Location Until Any Emergency Services Take Over. • To Respond To Emergency Services In The Event Of Emergencies. • Provide Support Upon Request With Daily Guidance On Location, For Example With Room Visits And/Or Checks, Events And Receiving New Residents And Allocating Rooms. • To Ensure Good Information Transfer And Cooperation With On-Site Supervisors And The Contracting Authority. The Security Deployment On Location Currently Amounts To 310.5 Hours Per Week. There Is A Staff Of Two Security Guards, 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week And 365 Days A Year. However, On Mondays, Wednesdays And Fridays, The Number Is Scaled Down To One Security Guard In The Morning And Afternoon.
