Electrical Machinery, Apparatus, Equipment And Consumables; Lighting – Safety Dissipator For The Power Converters Of The Tokamak Power System. The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Supply Of A Safety Dissipator For The Power Converters Of The Tokamak Power Supply System (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Equipment Or Dissipator). The Scope Of Performance Includes The Following In Particular: A) Design Of The Technical Solution Of The Dissipator, Delivery Of The Dissipator, Including Provision Of Input Materials, Processing Of Documentation (I.E. Project Documentation And Other Documentation Required By The Client In The Technical Specification), Production Of Components, Their Assembly At The Place Of Production, Testing And Testing, Packaging And Preparation For Transport And Any Other Performance That Is Part Of The Supply Of The Dissipator According To The Requirements Of The Technical Specification; B) Transport Of The Dissipator To The Client Provided By The Supplier; C) Installation And Commissioning, Including Testing Of The Dissipator At The Principals Premises. The Above-Mentioned Performance, I.E. The Supply Of The Dissipator, Must Fully Comply With The Requirements Of The Client Listed In Annex No. 1 (Technical Specification) And In Annex No. 2 (Binding Draft Contract) Of The Tender Documentation. The Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Required Equipment Are Listed In The Contract, Which Is Attached As Appendix No. 2 To The Tender Documentation, And In The Technical Specification, Which Is Attached As Appendix No. 1 To The Tender Documentation And At The Same Time As An Appendix To The Contract.
