The Purpose Of The Contract To Be Concluded Is To Provide Preventive And Curative Snow Removal Services For Andra Industrial Centers In Aube And Their Access Roads On Behalf Of Andra. The Various Missions Of This Service Aim To Combat The Disruption Caused To Vehicle And Pedestrian Traffic By Winter Weather, Mainly Ice And Snow. This Service Must Make It Possible To Maintain Or Restore Acceptable Traffic Conditions As Quickly As Possible, On The Csa And The Cires. They Involve Interventions Before, During Or After The Formation Of Ice Or Snowfall. Interventions Must Be Carried Out Within Tight Deadlines. These Interventions Are Triggered At The Request Of Andra And Concern: - Snow Removal And/Or Salting Of The Csa Access Road As Well As The Internal Roads (Preventive And/Or Curative Action), - Snow Removal And/Or Salting Of The Cires Access Road As Well As The Internal Roads (Preventive And/Or Curative Action).
