The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Introduce A System That Supports The Key Processes Of The Customers Rental Apartment Operations, Such As Application Processing, Resident Selection, Contract Management, Invoicing And Customer Communication, As Well As To Improve Operational Efficiency, Transparency And Automation. The System Must Enable Electronic Transactions, Centralized Management Of Data And Integrations With Other Central Systems Of The Subscriber. The Procurement Agreement Is Concluded As Valid For An Indefinite Period, And The Aforementioned Four (4) Year Review Period Does Not Limit The Validity Of The Agreement.
