An Integral Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is: A) Solution • 1Pc Cisco Secure Access Subscription • 5000 Pcs Cisco Secure Access Dns Essentials • 650 Pcs Cisco Secure Private Access Essentials • 650 Pcs Cisco Secure Access - Customer Insights • 1Pc Cisco Support Enhanced For Secure Access • Implementation B) Delivery Of Technical And Operational Documentation The Supplier Will Prepare And Hand Over Detailed Documentation For The Delivered Solution In The Czech (Cz) Language, Including A Description And/Or Procedures For At Least The Following Areas: • Technical Documentation – Description Of The Architecture, Configurations, Settings And Integration Of The Solution, C) Ensuring The Provision Of Support The Scope Of This Support For A Period Of One Year Includes In Particular: • 24×7 Cisco Technical Support (Telephone And Online), • Access To Software Updates, • Incident Resolution And Troubleshooting, D) Training Of It Administrators The Training Will Be Carried Out In The Czech Language After Prior Agreement With The Client, In The Scope Of At Least 2 Training Days (Min. 16 Hours). The Training Will Be Intended For At Least 4 It Administrators Of The Contracting Authority And Will Include A Theoretical And Practical Part Focused On The Administration, Configuration, Operation, Monitoring And Resolution Of Incidents Of The Delivered Solution. • A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Is Given In Annex No. 2 Of These Tender Conditions (Zp). - Minimum Technical And Functional Specification. • The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also Defined By The Binding Draft Of The Contract, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of These Zp.
