The Augsburg Student Union Intends To Build A Turnkey Student Housing Complex (Planning And Construction) In The Wohnen Am Illerpark Development Area In Neu-Ulm. According To The Revised Competition Results, This Student Housing Complex Must Have 72 Dormitory Spaces Including The Parking Spaces Required By Building Regulations. The Living Space Is A Maximum Of 19.5 M². For This Purpose, The Student Union Was Offered The Property With The Field Number 452/34 In Neu-Ulm, In The Development Plan Area M 62.4 Wohnen Am Illerpark In Ludwigsfeld. The Student Union Conducted A Realization Competition For The Project According To Rpw 2013. Following The Competition, The Studentenwerk Initiated A Negotiation Procedure Without A Competition For The Procurement Of Property Planning Services - Building And Interior Services (§§ 33 Ff. Of The Fee Regulations For Architects And Engineers Of July 10, 2013 (Bgbl. I P. 2276), Which Was Last Amended By Article 3 Of The Law Of March 22, 2023 (Bgbl. 2023 I No. 88) (Hereinafter Only Hoai)) Carried Out For The Project. The Previous Planning Services, The Functional Service Description And The Guiding Details Must Be Used As The Basis For The Relevant Services. As Part Of This Award Procedure, All Further Planning And Construction Services For The New Construction Of This Student Housing Complex Will Be Commissioned To A General Contractor As Part Of A Phased Commission. The Aim Of The Project Is The Turnkey Construction (Planning And Construction) Of The Student Housing Complex. For This Purpose, All Planning Services Necessary For The Project Must Be Provided By The General Contractor Or A Subcontractor Appointed By Him. This Includes, In Particular, All Required Service Areas Analogous To The Hoai (Basic Services And Special Services), Such As Open Space And Infrastructure Planning, Technical Equipment Planning, Structural Planning And Other Necessary Planning And Expert Services. All Construction Work Must Also Be Carried Out In Full By The Contractor And His Subcontractors And The Premises Must Be Made Functional, Operational And Turnkey. The Handover Of The Ready-To-Move-In Building And Acceptance Should Take Place By September 2028 At The Latest. The Construction Project Must Comply With The Funding Regulations In Order To Achieve Maximum Funding. The General Contractor Is Not Responsible For Applying For And Accessing The Funding.
