The Employers Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Employees Under An Employment Contract Are Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Employees Who Will Perform Activities Related To The Adjustment Service During The Implementation Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Other Provisions Regarding The Ordering Partys Requirements In Relation To The Service Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Detailed Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Option Right 1. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right (Referred To In Article 441(1) Of The Public Procurement Law), Consisting In The Possibility Of Increasing The Basic Order Specified In § 5(1) 1 Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Within The Financial Limit Specified In § 5 Section 2, But Not More Than Up To 100% Of The Total Value Of The Basic Order During The Duration Of The Contract. The Option May Or May Not Be Exercised, Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs And As A Result Of Its Instructions In This Regard. Failure To Perform The Order In This Respect Will Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. The Exercise Of The Option Right Will Not Require The Execution Of An Annex To The Contract, It Will Be Based On Information Sent To The Contractor About The Activation Of The Option Right. 2.
