Security Services – 24/7 Operating Services Of A Central Security Station (Pcs), Located On A Grdf Site, For The Supervision Of Video Surveillance Flows And The Processing Of Security Events. The Grdf Real Estate And Mobility Department Wishes To Set Up A Market Aimed At The Operation Of Video Surveillance And Security Events On Grdf Sites In A Central Security Station (The “Pcs”) Established In Ile De France In The Essonne Department On A Grdf Lease Site. The Implementation Of The Pcs, The Installation Of The Equipment, Its Maintenance And The Upkeep Of The Building Is The Exclusive Responsibility Of Grdf Or Any Third Party Designated By The Latter. The Services Consist Of A Flat Rate Portion And A Purchase Order Portion. Minimum Base Flat Rate Portion Of At Least One Fte Present 24/7 For: • Supervision Of Video Streams In Real Time (Around 1,500 Cameras Distributed Across 176 Target Sites). Supervision And Video Surveillance Are Managed Via Genetec Software • Processing And Qualification Of Security Alerts And Incidents Following Grdf Procedures Including In Particular Site Access Control Which Is Managed By Til Software. • Collaboration And Coordination With The Remote Monitor In Charge Of Intrusion Alarms And The Removal Of Physical Doubts • Coordination With Representatives Of Grdf And Third Parties Designated By The Latter • Production Of Reports And Performance Indicators. • A Capacity To Resolve Doubts Quickly And Reliably In The Event Of An Alert Or Incident Coming From Video Or Access Control Purchase Order: - Punctual Intervention At The Request Of Grdf Activities Linked To The Installation, Maintenance Or Development Of Equipment (Cameras, Servers, Network) Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Contract And Are Covered By Separate Contracts.
