The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As The Contract Engineer, Manage The Contract And Supervise The Implementation And Settlement Of Works For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Transfer Hub At The Ponikwoda Pkp Stop In Lublin, Including The Construction Of A Section Of Trześniowska Street And An Unnamed Street. 2. The Scope Of The Task In Which The Function Of The Contract Engineer Will Be Performed Includes Works In All Industries Covered By The Scope Of The Investment, In Particular The Following Industries: Road, Construction, Sanitary, Telecommunications, Power Engineering, Technological Channel, Greenery, Geotechnics. 3. The Contract Engineer, Within The Limits Of His Authorization Resulting From The Content Of The Contract And The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Will Be The Representative Of The Ordering Party Under The Construction Works Contract Concluded With The Construction Contractor And The Authors Supervision Contract Concluded With The Design Office. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Specification Of The Works And Activities That Will Be Supervised Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5. Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Regarding Construction Works Over Which The Contractor Of The Subject Order Will Supervise Constitute An Element Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
